- 4 tortillas
- 1 chicken breast grilled
- 1 1/2 cup refried beans
- 5 cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp canned corn
- 1 tsp Taco seasoning
Preheat the oven to 400 °F.
Prepare the ingredients. Shred one chicken breast and cut about 4-5 cherry tomatoes and 8 olives into thin slices. Meanwhile, for easier spreading, heat up 1 ½ cup refried beans. For more aromas, mix in 1 teaspoon of Taco seasoning.
Lay a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place two tortillas on it and spread generously with refried beans. Divide meat evenly between the tortillas and then top with 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese each. Top again with tortillas and spread again with a thin layer of refried beans followed by a cheese layer. Sprinkle corn, tomatoes, and olives slices. For a spicy version, add some chili flake.
Send the pizzas to the oven for 10 minutes, until cheese nicely melts.
