- 1 pack shrimp
- 10 prawns
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 8 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp butter
Take a big bowl, wash the shrimp properly and take off the shell.
In a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, add the oil and lot of butter and let simmer. Add mashed cloves of garlic and leave for some minutes to infuse all the aromas. Adjust the heat to the lowest and let the aromas infuse.
Add the shrimp to the skillet. Generously add salt and pepper and the glass of white wine. Stir gently and continuously until the shrimp is just cooked, some 5 to 7 minutes.
Taste the sauce and add salt or other species if needed. Garnish the shrimp with some cilantro or parsley and leave covered for 2 minutes to soften the herbs.
Serve immediately next to any garniture.
