- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 cup coconut flour
- 1 tbsp sugar-free sweetener
- 1 stick butter
- 1/4 cup almonds crushed
For the filling:
- 2 cups berries mix of frozen strawberry, blueberry, blackberry
- 1 tbsp sugar-free sweetener optional
Combine the flour in a mixing bowl. Mix in the sweetener. In the end, stir in grated butter at room temperature and rub the mixture until it forms moist crumbs
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly grease an 8-inch pie plate.
Transfer the berries to the baking dish. Sprinkle some sweetener over the berries.
Spread the streusel crunch mixture evenly. Top with extra crushed almonds.
Send the keto berry crumble to the oven and bake for about 30 minutes.
