- 2 lb shrimps frozen
- 2 cans tomatoes peeled
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tbsp granulated garlic
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1.5 tsp smoked paprika
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 1 handful parsley chopped
Clean and peel the shrimps
Heat a skillet and saute the sliced garlic in olive oil
Add the canned peeled tomatoes and the tomato sauce
Mix and add the spices
Let simmer for 30 minutes
Add the shrimps, let simmer for 5 minutes
Turn off stove and garnish with fresh parsley
