- 1/2 pack shrimp
- 1 avocado
- 1 big cucumber
- 1/2 lemon
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 pinch paprika
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 pinch pepper
Wash the cucumber and wipe with a paper towel. Cut slices about 4mm.
In a small bowl mash the avocado and add some drops of olive oil.
Take a pan and melt some butter and 4 cloves of garlic. Fry the shrimp about 2 minutes on each side.
Start layering the cucumber slices with avocado puree and garlic shrimp.
Garnish with some dill.
Serve immediately.
