- 2 avocados
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 tsp olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 pinch paprika
Cut halves the avocados, throw the seeds and fill with fresh eggs.
Preheat the oven at 180 °C (350 °F).
Take a baking pan, put avocados with the skin-side-down and bake 13 minutes if you want them hard.
Garnish with some chopped chives or spring onions.
Serve immediately with a slice of fresh baguette.
