Cured Salmon Sandwich

- 4 halves black bread
- 8 slices salmon
- a handful iceberg leaves
Mayo sauce:
- 1 cup mayo
- a handful dill
- a handful cilantro
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Take whole black bread and cut slices.
To a cup of mayo, add a handful of finely chopped dill, cilantro, garlic powder or one clove of garlic, and some lemon juice for freshness.
Start layering the sandwich. Grease both bread slices with sauce, top the iceberg leaves, add the salmon, and cover up with another slice of bread.
Squeeze some lemon juice over the sandwich to add a bit of refreshment.
Enjoy at the moment, or store for some hours in the fridge.
