Creamy Ham Salad Recipe
Ham salad is a delicious and creamy appetizer made with diced ingredients and tossed in a simple mayo dressing. Some simple ingredients can turn out to make a great tasting salad.

- 14 oz ham
- 2 boiled eggs
- 2 pickles
- 2 stalks celery
- spring onion
- bread
- lettuce
for the dressing:
- 2 cups mayo
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Take a food processor and whirl the ham. Whirled eggs, as well.
Dice other ingredients and transfer them with ham into a medium-size bowl.
Take a small bowl and mix the mayo with Dijon mustard and pour over the ingredients. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
Serve this ham salad topped on bread, in rolls, or leave some amount to dip some crackers into.
