- 16 oz pasta bow tie pasta
- 8 oz heavy cream
- 8 oz mushrooms
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan
- 3-4 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp granulated garlic
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- 1/3 cup white wine optional
- 1/3 cup water pasta water
- 1 tbsp parsley chopped
Put water to boil, salt, and cover with lid
Peel and crush the garlic cloves
Clean and slice the mushrooms thinly
In a pan, heat up a few tablespoons of olive oil
Brown the garlic then add the mushrooms
Season with spices and mix
Cook without a lid until all the liquids have evaporated
Pour the heavy cream and mix again
Add the grated parmesan and stir
If the sauce is too thick, pour wine or pasta water
Season with salt if needed
Cook for about 5 minutes on low heat, then turn off the stove
Boil pasta according to the package instructions
Use a strainer spoon to transfer pasta from water to the sauce
Mix and sprinkle some extra grated parmesan on top
Serve with pleasure
