- 2 cups water hot/boiled
- 2 slices lemon
- 2 tsp honey natural
Bring the water to a boil
Put chamomile in a mug, add lemon and crush it to squeeze the juices
Pour the hot water over the chamomile and lemon
Cover mug with a small plate, let infuse for 3-4 minutes
Wait for additional 5 minutes then pour honey, stir
Serve hot or/and cold
