- 1/2 cup hazelnuts
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate finely chopped
- 1 cup puffed rice
- 1 cup maple syrup or agave syrup
- 3-4 tbsp coconut oil melted
Preheat oven at 350 degrees
Crush the nuts and gather them all in a bowl
Crush the dark chocolate and add to the crushed nuts
Add the popped rice and mix well the ingredients
Add the maple syrup or agave syrup and stir
Line a sheet of parchment paper over a baking dish, put in the mixture, and cover it with another parchment paper
Press the mixture to make it even
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes
Let cool before slicing. You may put it in the fridge for about 1 hour
Slice and serve with pleasure
