- 2 cups baby carrots
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian herbs
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp sugar
Wash the baby carrots and layer them on the parchment paper.
Toss baby carrots in olive oil, herbs, salt, sugar until evenly coated.
Preheat the oven at 180 °C (350 °F).
Add the tray with the baby carrots and bake about 20 minutes until tender and juicy.
Garnish with parmesan and some greenies.
Serve hot or cooled down.
