- 1/3 cabbage fresh, green
- 1 medium carrot
- 1-2 medium cucumbers
- 1/2 medium red onion
- 2-3 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 2-3 cherry tomatoes for decoration
Remove the external sheets of the cabbage
Cut the cabbage in halves
Thinly slice the cabbage lengthwise, always move to cut the egdes
Put in a bowl
Peel and grate the carrot, add to the cabbage
Slice and cut the cucumbers in thin sticks, add to the bowl
