- 3 bell peppers
- 1 burrata
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 loaf

- 1 tbsp olive oil
Preheat the oven to 350 F (180 C).
Wash all the bell peppers and set aside on a kitchen towel to absorb the water. In a bowl toss them in the seasoning (1tsp smoked paprika powder, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper). Place them on a baking sheet and bake 20 minutes.
When the peppers are baked, leave them 10 minutes to cool down before peeling off the skin.
Serve on a plate next to burrata cheese and some slices of bread.
