- 6 medium tomatoes ripe
- 2 cans beans white and black
- 1 medium onion
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 burrata
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika optional
- 6 leaves basil
- 1 tbsp Italian herbs dried
Peel and finely chop the onion
In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat, then sauté the chopped onion until it turns translucent
