- 4 Fresh Sea Bream
- 3 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Butter stick
- White Wine
- Salt and Pepper
- Parsely Handful
Blend a handful of parsley, three garlic cloves, and one stick of butter in the food processor.
Season four fresh seabreams with salt and pepper. Fill the sea breams with parsley mixture.
Pour white wine over them and bake for 20 minutes at 356°F (180°C).
Serve with Greek salad, tzatziki sauce, or mashed potatoes.
