Baked Pears With Nuts & Ice Cream
Baked pears with honey, cinnamon, and nuts are a delicious and healthy dessert instantly to get in love. This simple autumn dessert is one of my favorites, and topped with vanilla ice cream is simply mouthwatering.

- 3 medium ripped pears
- 1 cup mixed nuts
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- almond flakes
Wash and clean the pears. Take a large cutting board and cut halves. With the help of a scooper or spoon, gently scoop out the core and seeds.
On a baking pan, lay down the parchment pepper and start layering the pears.
Take 1 tsp of coconut oil and grease the halves of the pear.
Sprinkle some cinnamon powder and ginger powder.
Add nuts to each pear’s cavity.
In a preheated oven, bake the pears for about 30-40 minutes at 350 F(180C).
Once soft and ready, take out the oven and top a scoop of vanilla ice cream on each half.
