- 1 cup Hollandaise sauce
- 4 slices bread

Preheat the oven at 400F.
Take the muffin tin or Ramekins and grease generously. Line each hole bottom with a slice of bread.
Pour the Avocado Hollandaise sauce, so it covers the bread.
Crack on the egg in each hole over the sauce, and season the eggs with salt&pepper.
Bake the eggs about 10-12 minutes or until yolks look at your preferences.
Serve next to a fresh green salad or simply as it is, warm.
