- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp granulated garlic
- 1 tsp paprika
Blue cheese sauce
- 5 oz blue cheese
- 10 oz heavy cream
- 1/4 cup white dry wine
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
