- 1 avocado
- 1/4 red onion
- 1/2 lime
- 2 slices whole-grain bread
- 4 slices smoked salmon
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch granulated garlic
Guacamole - avocado dip
Peel and slice the avocado, put in a bowl
Squeeze the juice out of half a lime
Chop 1/4 of red onion
Sprinkle with salt and granulated garlic
Use a blender to mix, or use a fork to form a uniform creamy consistency
Avocado salmon sandwich
Toast 2 slices of bread
Spread one tbsp of guacamole on each slice of bread
Lay 1 or 2 pieces of salmon on the avocado dip
Sprinkle some chili pepper slices on top (optionally)
