Ingredients

  • 2 Bananas Medium sized
  • 1/3 cup Coconut Milk
  • 2 tbsp Cacao
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Oil melted
  • 3/4 cup Walnuts crushed
  • 1/4 cup Almond Flakes
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • Mash two bananas with the help of an immersion blender.

  • Transfer the mashed bananas to a mixing bowl. Add ⅓ cup coconut milk and mix thoroughly.

  • Add 1 tbsp honey and 1 tbsp lemon juice to the banana batter. Mix.

  • Then, add 2 tbsp melted coconut oil and mix.

  • Mix 1 cup all-purpose flour, 2 tbsp cacao, 1 tsp cinnamon powder, ½ tsp baking soda, and ¼ tsp salt in another bowl.

  • Transfer half the flour mixture to the banana batter and mix.

  • Then, add the remaining flour and mix again.

  • Add ¾ cup crushed walnuts, ½ cup chocolate chips, ¼ cup almond flakes, and mix thoroughly.

  • Place the silicone muffin mold into a preheated air fryer. Take a spoon and add the mixture into the mold.

  • Bake for 13-15 minutes at 320°F (160°C).
