Mash two bananas with the help of an immersion blender.
Transfer the mashed bananas to a mixing bowl. Add ⅓ cup coconut milk and mix thoroughly.
Add 1 tbsp honey and 1 tbsp lemon juice to the banana batter. Mix.
Then, add 2 tbsp melted coconut oil and mix.
Mix 1 cup all-purpose flour, 2 tbsp cacao, 1 tsp cinnamon powder, ½ tsp baking soda, and ¼ tsp salt in another bowl.
Transfer half the flour mixture to the banana batter and mix.
Then, add the remaining flour and mix again.
Add ¾ cup crushed walnuts, ½ cup chocolate chips, ¼ cup almond flakes, and mix thoroughly.
Place the silicone muffin mold into a preheated air fryer. Take a spoon and add the mixture into the mold.
Bake for 13-15 minutes at 320°F (160°C).
Vegan banana muffins are ready to serve.
