Air Fryer Sweet Potato Fries
Air fryer sweet potato fries are all people’s favorite side dish that pairs perfectly with anything. These sweet potatoes are finger-licking and super easy to make.

- 2 big sweet potatoes
- 3 tbsp herbed olive oil
- a pinch salt
- a pinch pepper
- 1 tbsp ground pepper
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp paprika
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (204°C) for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, peel and slice two sweet potatoes into ¼ inches thick fries. Coat the fries in 3 tbsp herbed olive oil, 1 tbsp ground pepper, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tbsp paprika, and a pinch of salt. Toss the fries so that they are adequately coated.
Lay a parchment paper in the air fryer and place the sweet potato fries. Air fry them for 10 minutes at 400°F (204°C). Cook for an extra 5 minutes if you want crisper and golden fries.
Serve the air-fried sweet potato fries with BBQ sauce or ketchup.
