- 6 Pork Sausages
- 5 Baby Carrots
- 8 Baby Corns
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
Cut 6 sausages into halves. Then, cut 5 baby carrots, 8 baby corn, and 1 red bell pepper. In the meantime, preheat the air fryer to 400°F (204°C) for 5 minutes.
After the air fryer is preheated, put the vegetables in the air fryer basket and season the vegetables with a pinch of salt and pepper. Now, add the sausages and pour 1 tbsp over it.
Cook in the air fryer for 25 minutes at 400°F (204°C). Decrease the cooking time if you’re using pre-cooked sausages. Serve with mayonnaise, garlic aioli, mustard, or ranch.
