- 1 red onion
- 1 bell pepper

Preheat the air fryer to 400F (200C) for 5 minutes.
Soak wooden skewers in warm water, optional.
Take a large cutting board and cut pieces of the meat and the veggies.
Start threading pork cubes onto skewers, alternating with onion and bell pepper chunks.
Take the air fryer basket out, lay a sheet of parchment paper, and place it side by side.
Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350F (180C).
Take out and enjoy dipping in ketchup or any other sauces.
