- 2 Perch Filets
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tbsp Paprika Powder
- 1 tbsp Almond Flakes
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 3 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 2 tsp Honey
- 1 cup Flour
- 1/2 Lemon juice
- 1 cup Plain Cornflakes crushed
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Chili Flakes
Season the two filets with salt, pepper, 1 tbsp garlic pepper, 1 tbsp paprika powder, and a pinch of chili flakes.
Take a bowl and add two eggs, salt and pepper. Beat the eggs.
Add flour to another bowl.
Coat filets with flour, eggs, and crushed cornflakes.
Preheat the air fryer at 320°F (160°C) for 5 minutes. Arrange the two filets in the air fryer without overcrowding. Sprinkle 1 tbsp almond flakes and drizzle 1 tbsp olive oil. Cook at 320°F (160°C) for 10-12 minutes or until golden crispy.
In the meantime, mix Dijon mustard, honey, and lemon juice to make the dressing. Serve the perch filets cooked in an air fryer with the prepared dressing.
