- 10 broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp honey 1 tbsp for each floret
- 2 tbsp mozzarella cheese shredded, 1 tbsp for each floret
- 1 tsp chili flakes 1 tsp for each floret
- 1 tbsp salt
Add 1 tbsp salt to boiling water and add 10 broccoli florets to it. Boil them for 7-8 minutes or until the florets are tender.
Take parchment paper. Drop 1 tbsp honey, and add 1 tsp chili flakes and 1 tbsp mozzarella cheese on the parchment paper.
Place 1 broccoli floret on it. Smash it with a small bowl.
Then, add some salt and 1 tbsp mozzarella cheese on top of it.
Repeat the same process for one more broccoli floret. Place the parchment paper in the pre-heated air fryer. Cook for 5 minutes at 374°F (190°C). Since my air fryer is small, I only cook two florets at a time. You can cook more if you have a bigger air fryer.
Serve with air-fried pork skewers or as a savory snack.
