AIR FRYER KETO CHEESE SMASHED BROCCOLI

Equipment

  • 1 air fryer
  • 1 parchment paper
  • 1 Small Bowl for smashing broccoli

Ingredients

  • 10 broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp honey 1 tbsp for each floret
  • 2 tbsp mozzarella cheese shredded, 1 tbsp for each floret
  • 1 tsp chili flakes 1 tsp for each floret
  • 1 tbsp salt

Instructions

  • Add 1 tbsp salt to boiling water and add 10 broccoli florets to it. Boil them for 7-8 minutes or until the florets are tender.
  • Take parchment paper. Drop 1 tbsp honey, and add 1 tsp chili flakes and 1 tbsp mozzarella cheese on the parchment paper. 
  • Place 1 broccoli floret on it. Smash it with a small bowl.
  • Then, add some salt and 1 tbsp mozzarella cheese on top of it.
  • Repeat the same process for one more broccoli floret. Place the parchment paper in the pre-heated air fryer. Cook for 5 minutes at 374°F (190°C). Since my air fryer is small, I only cook two florets at a time. You can cook more if you have a bigger air fryer.
  • Serve with air-fried pork skewers or as a savory snack.
