In a mixing bowl combine finely chopped shallot and minced meat.
Season the meat with all your favorite spices. Add salt and pepper to taste, smoked paprika, ground coriander, and Italian seasoning. Mix all the ingredients well, and leave the minced meat aside until you prepare the sauce and cabbage.
Cut the cabbage into rondelles.
Place a parchment paper on the bottom of the air fryer, this will keep the shape of the cabbage rings. With a brush, lightly grease the parchment paper with a little olive oil. Then, place the cabbage round on the bottom of the air fryer. Sprinkle it with a little salt and pepper to taste to intensify its flavor.
Now form equal patties from meat with a diameter approximately that of the cabbage rings. Arrange it on top of the cabbage rondell.
Chop the spring onion and the dill. In a small bowl, mix the tomato paste with the Greek yogurt or sour cream, whichever you opt for. Then, add the chopped onion and dill, mixing all the ingredients well. Finally, season the sauce with salt and pepper to your own taste.
The final step is to coat the meat layer with a generous layer of sauce.
Heat the tool up to 370 F and air fry the delicious burger for 12-15 minutes.
If you are one of those who can't imagine their keto life without cheese, all you have to do is season all this delicious beauty with parmesan or any other cheesy guilty pleasure.
Enjoy!
