- 4 potatoes
- 2 tbsp bread crumbs
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/3 tsp paprika
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Peel and grate potatoes on the large holes of a grater. Transfer them to a bowl with cold water. Rinse well until the water is clear. Squeeze the grated potatoes from the water and transfer them to a paper towel. Spread them out over a few paper towels and dry them to get out as much liquid as possible.
Transfer potatoes to a bowl. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and a pinch of paprika. Add the breadcrumbs and olive oil. Mix until the seasoning is evenly combined with the potatoes.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper. With a spoon, scoop the mixture of hash browns and place them into a round cookie cutter on the baking sheet Press down to form a patty. Remove the mold and repeat with the remaining mixture.
Send the raw hash browns to the freezer for about 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, preheat the Air Fryer at 370°F. Line the basket of your air fryer with parchment paper. Brush it with some olive oil. Place the frozen hash browns in a basket in a single layer. Cook for about 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
