- 3 corns
- 1/2 cup butter
- a pinch salt

- a pinch chili flakes
Clean and strip the husk and silk from each corn.
Take a sharp kitchen knife and, using a towel, cut halves, and then each half cut in quatre.
Take a plate and start greasing some butter and seasoning the cobs with salt, pepper, and chili flakes; optional, you can add some garlic powder.
Take the basked of the air fryer and lay down the corn ribs.
Fry the corn ribs for 10 minutes at 350F.
Take out and serve with a bbq sauce or sweet/chili sauce.
