Air Fryer Corn Ribs

- 3 corns
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp chili flakes
Clean and strip the husk and silk from three corns. Now, using a sharp knife, cut the three corns in half. Then, cut each half of the corn into quarters. Tip: From the top end of the corn cob, gently slice the ear of the corn so you get two halves.
Grease the corn ribs with butter and season with 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, and 1 tsp chili flakes.
Put the greased and seasoned corn ribs in the air fryer basket.
Cook the corn ribs in the air fryer for 10 minutes at 350°F (176°C). Take them out and serve with BBQ sauce or sweet chili sauce.
