Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup Hollandaise sauce
  • 4 slices bread
  • seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven at 400F.
  • Take the muffin tin or Ramekins and grease generously. Line each hole bottom with a slice of bread.
  • Pour the Avocado Hollandaise sauce, so it covers the bread.
  • Crack on the egg in each hole over the sauce, and season the eggs with salt&pepper.
  • Bake the eggs about 10-12 minutes or until yolks look at your preferences.
  • Serve next to a fresh green salad or simply as it is, warm.
