Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 bananas small, riped
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Start making the pancakes by crushing 2 small bananas with your hand blender. They should be ripe as possible. Then beat in three eggs. Next, stir in gradually 2 tablespoons milk, 2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter, and 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt.
  • In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients - ½ cup all-purpose flour, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, 2 tablespoon sugar, and a pinch of salt.
  • Using your hand blender again, now attached with a whisk, incorporate dry ingredients into the banana-egg mixture.
  • Heat the non-stick frying pan over medium heat without any fat. Using a 1/4 measuring cup, spoon batter onto preheated pan. If you want smaller size pancakes, just use a tablespoon. Cook pancakes until it forms bubbles, then flip it with a thin spatula on the other side and cook for 60 – 90 more seconds.
  • Spread each pancake with Nutella chocolate and top with some slices of banana.
