Creamy Ham Salad Recipe

Ham salad is a delicious and creamy appetizer made with diced ingredients and tossed in a simple mayo dressing. Some simple ingredients can turn out to make a great tasting salad.

Ingredients

  • 14 oz ham
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 2 pickles
  • 2 stalks celery
  • spring onion
  • bread
  • lettuce

for the dressing:

  • 2 cups mayo
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

Instructions

  • Take a food processor and whirl the ham. Whirled eggs, as well.
  • Dice other ingredients and transfer them with ham into a medium-size bowl.
  • Take a small bowl and mix the mayo with Dijon mustard and pour over the ingredients. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
  • Serve this ham salad topped on bread, in rolls, or leave some amount to dip some crackers into.
