Tipsy shrimps in creamy sauce

The recipe is one of the most delicious but very simple appetizers to make. Everything comes to a perfect point thanks to the white dry wine that encapsulates the flavor mix of the shrimps, the garlic, and the heavy cream.

Ingredients

  • 18 oz shrimps or prawns
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 3-4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup white wine dry
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped

Instructions

  • Clean the shrimps from the shells and from the intestines
  • Take a big skillet and heat it on medium heat
  • Melt the butter and add the crushed garlic. Let it brown a little bit
  • Add the shrimps and sauté them for about 1 minute. Stir often so that the heat penetrates the prawns on all sides
  • Deglaze with a glass of aromatic white dry wine. Let the wine evaporate
  • Pour in the heavy cream.  Mix well and season with salt and black pepper. Let the shrimps saute in the creamy texture for about 1 minute
  • Turn off the stove and garnish with fresh chopped parsley
  • Serve with pleasure
