Ingredients

  • 1 Burrata
  • 10 tomatoes
  • 200 gr arugula
  • 1 ciabatta
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions

  • Wash your ingredients and prepare a large bowl to mix the cut tomatoes, basil, and garlic.
  • Cut all the tomatoes in halves.
  • Add basil or arugula and the minced garlic.
  • Mix and season everything with salt, pepper, olive oil and don’t forget about Balsamic glaze.
  • Place the ciabatta loaf on a plate, add the tomato salad, then top the burrata cheese. Sprinkle with quality extra-virgin olive oil.
