Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp  sugar-free sweetener
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/4 cup almonds crushed

For the filling:

  • 2 cups berries mix of frozen strawberry, blueberry, blackberry
  • 1 tbsp  sugar-free sweetener optional

Instructions

  • Combine the flour in a mixing bowl. Mix in the sweetener. In the end, stir in grated butter at room temperature and rub the mixture until it forms moist crumbs
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly grease an 8-inch pie plate.
  • Transfer the berries to the baking dish. Sprinkle some sweetener over the berries.
  • Spread the streusel crunch mixture evenly. Top with extra crushed almonds.
  • Send the keto berry crumble to the oven and bake for about 30 minutes.
  • Enjoy!
