Ingredients

  • 2 cups turkey ground meat
  • 2 pieces burrata medium
  • 8 oz shell pasta
  • 1 can tomatoes whole, peeled
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1 medium bell pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 handful spring onion
  • 3-4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Italian herbs dry
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Saute thinly diced onion, carrots, and garlic cloves in olive oil until softened
  • Add the turkey mince to the pan and brown it
  • Season with salt, ground pepper, and herbs
  • Add the canned tomatoes and the diced bell pepper and mix well
  • Put in the pasta shells and mix again
  • Pour in the broth and cover everything with a lid. Let it simmer until the pasta is cooked
  • Finally, top the dish with creamy burrata cheese and freshly chopped parsley before serving
  • Serve with pleasure
