Air Fryer Pork Cutlets

Ingredients

  • 14 oz pork meat cut thin slices 1/2 inch thick.
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 200 C (400F) for 5 minutes.
  • Cut the tenderloin meat into thin slices, about 1/2 inch thick.
  • Pat the cutlets dry with a paper towel or parchment paper.
  • Season the cutlet with old bay seasoning, salt, pepper, and cayenne. Coat it in eggs and panko breadcrumbs.
  • Layer a piece of parchment paper, pour 1-2 tsp of olive oil, and nicely place two pieces of meat to cook at a time.
  • Cook the meat for about 7 minutes on one side, and turn the cutlets on another side to cook through for 5-7 minutes more.
  • Enjoy warm.
