Ingredients

  • 4 cups butternut squash cubed
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/6 tsp salt or to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat the Air Fryer to  380 °F.
  • Clean, peel, and cut into cubes butternut squash. Transfer it to a large mixing bowl—season with salt, ground cinnamon, and paprika. Add a splash of olive oil. Stir all ingredients together.
  • Transfer seasoned butternut squash cubes into an air fryer basket. Air fry it for about 18 - 20 minutes at 380F or until fork-tender.
