Ingredients

  • 1/2 cooked chicken breast
  • a handful cherry tomatoes
  • 1 red onion
  • a handful green basil
  • croutons
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • seasoning

Instructions

  • Take a platter, and pull the chicken meat with the help of two forks.
  • Take a large bowl and place the meat.
  • Chop the onion, cherry tomatoes, and basil leaves.
  • Mix everything in the bowl, add the croutons, and top some grated Parmegiano when you serve nicely on a platter.
