Baked Pears With Nuts & Ice Cream

Baked pears with honey, cinnamon, and nuts are a delicious and healthy dessert instantly to get in love. This simple autumn dessert is one of my favorites, and topped with vanilla ice cream is simply mouthwatering.

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 3 medium ripped pears
  • 1 cup mixed nuts
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • almond flakes

Instructions

  • Wash and clean the pears. Take a large cutting board and cut halves. With the help of a scooper or spoon, gently scoop out the core and seeds.
  • On a baking pan, lay down the parchment pepper and start layering the pears.
  • Take 1 tsp of coconut oil and grease the halves of the pear.
  • Sprinkle some cinnamon powder and ginger powder.
  • Add nuts to each pear’s cavity.
  • In a preheated oven, bake the pears for about 30-40 minutes at 350 F(180C).
  • Once soft and ready, take out the oven and top a scoop of vanilla ice cream on each half.
  • Enjoy!
