Whipped Feta Dip with Roasted Garlic & Onion

Ingredients

  • 8 oz feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream or cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • chili flakes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 whole garlic

Instructions

  • Coat onion and garlic in oil, salt, and pepper, and wrap both of them in aluminum foil. Bake them for about 30-40 minutes at 350F (180C).
  • In a food processor, combine all dairy ingredients and blend at high speed for about 1-2 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, the veggies are baked, mix the cheese, the heavy cream, and the spices.
  • Taste and adjust the seasoning after your taste. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and top with crushed onion and garlic.
  • Drizzle some olive oil and enjoy with some baked or fresh bread.
  • Enjoy.
