Ingredients

  • 3 corns
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • a pinch salt
  • a pinch pepper
  • a pinch chili flakes

Instructions

  • Clean and strip the husk and silk from each corn.
  • Take a sharp kitchen knife and, using a towel, cut halves, and then each half cut in quatre.
  • Take a plate and start greasing some butter and seasoning the cobs with salt, pepper, and chili flakes; optional, you can add some garlic powder.
  • Take the basked of the air fryer and lay down the corn ribs.
  • Fry the corn ribs for 10 minutes at 350F.
  • Take out and serve with a bbq sauce or sweet/chili sauce.
