Ingredients

  • 2 slices bread
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 handful microgreens
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Heat up a skillet and add one or two teaspoons of olive oil
  • Add the bread to the skillet and allow it to become beautifully golden and crispy. Then flip sides
  • Remove them from the skillet and place them on a sheet of paper for it to absorb excess oil if there is any.
  • Use a sharp knife and a cutting board to slice the avocado and the cucumber evenly
  • Spread the cream cheese on one slice of fried bread, then pile on the avocado slices, cucumber slices, and the microgreens
  • Spread the cream cheese on the second slice of bread and top everything with it
  • Serve with pleasure!
