Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tbsp granulated garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt

Instructions

  • Clean and cut the head of cauliflower into florets in relatively same size. Transfer florets in a large mixing bowl. Pour the spicy homemade buffalo sauce over the cauliflower. Add garlic powder, olive oil, and just a little salt. Stir well as buffalo sauce and spices to coat perfect the cauliflower florets.
  • Grease the basket of the air fryer with olive oil. There is no need to preheat the air fryer. Arrange in one layer the florets in the greased basket. ​​Set the air fryer to cook at 350-360 ˚F for 15 minutes. When time expires, remove vegetables from the air fryer and cook the second batch.
  • Serve warm paired with delicious dipping sauce.
