Ingredients

  • 16 oz pasta bow tie pasta
  • 8 oz heavy cream
  • 8 oz mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan
  • 3-4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp granulated garlic
  • 1 tsp ground pepper
  • 1/3 cup white wine optional
  • 1/3 cup water pasta water
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped

Instructions

  • Put water to boil, salt, and cover with lid
  • Peel and crush the garlic cloves
  • Clean and slice the mushrooms thinly
  • In a pan, heat up a few tablespoons of olive oil
  • Brown the garlic then add the mushrooms
  • Season with spices and mix
  • Cook without a lid until all the liquids have evaporated
  • Pour the heavy cream and mix again
  • Add the grated parmesan and stir
  • If the sauce is too thick, pour wine or pasta water
  • Season with salt if needed
  • Cook for about 5 minutes on low heat, then turn off the stove
  • Boil pasta according to the package instructions
  • Use a strainer spoon to transfer pasta from water to the sauce
  • Mix and sprinkle some extra grated parmesan on top
  • Serve with pleasure
