Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 tsp granulated garlic
  • 1 tbsp corn starch or flour
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil

Instructions

  • Rinse and pamper dry the cauliflower
  • Cut in halves and cut off small florets
  • Use a deep bowl to beat the eggs
  • Stir in the corn starch, heavy cream, and seasoning
  • Add the florets to the egg mixture and stir to coat well
  • Heat a pan and add the oil
  • Fry the cauliflower florets with a lid on
  • Turn sides and fry untill golden brown
  • Serve with pleasure
