My name is Annie, and I make Air Fryer recipes on Delice Recipes. Although food wasn’t my comfort zone, I still taught myself many new and useful Air Fryer recipes and ideas from TV shows, my mom, who cooks perfectly, and my friends. Eventually, I gained five years of experience and expertise in this recipe category. 

I am a mom to a wonderful grown-up daughter; she likes all my Air Fryer recipes and tries to be a good connoisseur in some of my frequently cooked dishes. My husband is very spoiled, so I have to always take care of what to cook more healthily. Meat is, of course, in the first place, but meat always comes with greenies/salads. This is why my days can not be boring; I always have to experience and create unique and delicious Air Fryer recipes.

Cooking is not only my passion but also my continuous discovery and learning moment. I make all the Air Fryer recipes on Delice Recipes, but this doesn’t stop me from analysing and understanding other recipes. Even though my mom and my friends cook extremely delicious food, I still consider appetisers, salads, and sides more in my hands than cooking a complicated stew or a fabulous dessert. I truly appreciate women who are so into cooking. I can admire and watch them for hours. And I encourage every woman to showcase your cooking skills. 

Even before becoming a parent, I didn’t know much about cooking. But as no one teaches you how to become a mom. You realise this response and duty after you give birth to your child. This instinct instantly appears, and with time, you make this job the best it can be. I consider the same situation with cooking too. 

However, I have learned valuable and helpful information over the past five years. While theoretical knowledge is abundant on resources like YouTube and food blogs, practical experience adds timeless value to your skills. This is why it is more precious, timeless, and, for me, a good experience. That’s why I want to thank God that we, my friends, have decided to make such a helpful food blog where nice pictures are inviting, and you can also learn to create magic in the kitchen. 

Since I discovered my love for the air fryer, I have developed a habit of reading and getting inspired with more recipes daily. I love using an air fryer because I can cook everything and avoid mess and smell. Nowadays, my mornings start with the air fryer and sometimes finish with it. It has been an excellent kitchen appliance that has helped me create simple, excellent, and tasty recipes.

I enjoy using it because it fascinates me and allows me to create unforgettable moments of pleasure and joy, and I have always received ‘wow’ feedback from my readers, husband, and daughter, which is worth any other admiration.
