Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 cup rice integral
  • 2 cups mushrooms chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup broth or water
  • 3-4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp herbs Italian

Instructions

  • Preheat oven at 350 degrees
  • Mix the rice, heavy cream, broth, mashed garlic, chopped mushrooms, and spices in the baking dish
  • Season the pork chops with salt and pepper
  • Add the pork chops on top, press them for an even surface
  • Cover with lid or aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 400 degrees for 40 minutes
  • After 40 minutes take off the lid and sprinkle 1 cup of cheese on top
  • Bake for another 10-15 minutes or until golden brown
  • Serve next to a salad
