  • 35 oz chestnuts

Instructions

  • Notch the chestnuts, make a horizontal cut of about 1 inch
  • Put chestnuts into a large bowl and pour water to cover them
  • Soak for at least 2 hours, better overnight
  • Drain the chestnuts and use a dry cloth to dry them well
  • Spread the chestnuts evenly on the baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 350 °F for about 25-30 minutes
  • Take out from the oven and cover the bowl with a dry cloth. Let the chestnuts rest for at least 15 minutes
  • Serve with pleasure
