Spicy Mulled White Wine

Mulled white wine is a spicy and aromatic warm drink served on Christmas or other holidays. Nothing screams more Christmas as a warm cup of the best homemade mulled wine. Even though it looks fancy, it is super easy to make.

  • Saucepan


  • 1 bottle white wine
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 lime
  • 1 shot brandy
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 3 sticks cinnamon
  • 10 star anise
  • cloves


  • Take a saucepan and pour the white wine. Pour the shot of brandy, add the slices of oranges, lemons, and lime. Add the honey and whisk well until all the ingredients are incorporated.
  • Over a low-medium heat put the saucepan and bring to a simmer. Cook the mulled wine until it boils. Lower the heat and leave it to simmer for 5-7 minutes more. Taste and adjust the taste at your preferences.
  • Remove from the heat and serve it right away.
